ASINEX has been entirely focused on designing high quality compound libraries since the creation of the first Elite Library in 2004. With every new generation we have added new developments such as solubility and ADMET screening, in-built lead optimization features or natural-product likeness.

ASINEX can prepare chemically feasible virtual libraries for all 1250 Elite and BioDesign scaffolds, and also for completely novel related scaffolds. ASINEX specialises in sophisticated tricky target busting scaffolds such as protein-protein interactions and peptide-mimetics.

ASINEX has created virtual libraries based on its ground-breaking BioDesign concept and other related library design concepts. Diversity orientated libraries can be generated quickly or cost-effectively or smaller focused clusters can be selected. ASINEX’s design expertise is available on a service basis, or we may codesign libraries in close partnership with a client.
