| BioDesign F2LTM |
ASINEX's Fragment to Lead (F2L) library consists of 12,000 very diverse small molecules based on 260 unprecedented scaffolds. All BioDesign F2LTM compounds conform to very strict lead-like criteria: MW ?350 Da, ClogP ? 3 etc. ASINEX has applied it's know-how in carbon-carbon bond formation chemistry, asymmetric synthesis and metal-catalyzed reactions to create molecules containinga variety of privileged structural elements of natural products.
BioDesign F2LTM is a unique research tool for generating high ligand efficiency hits as well as the progression of fragments into leads. Due to exceptionally high aqueous and DMSO solubility, the F2L compounds are ideal for screening in either biochemical or biophysical assays. The F2L library has been divided into 6 subsets, please click on the links below to learn more about each of them: |
