| Elite Libraries |
| |
The Elite Libraries have been developed in order to tackle one of the bottle-necks of drug discovery: the fact that only a handful of initial hits will progress to the stage of lead optimization and beyond. ASINEX is improving the quality of the screening pool in order to rectify this bottleneck. Another important feature is a high level of follow up services, as the compounds are all in-house designed and synthesized we can provide protocols for all compounds and offer efficient refill supply.
72,500 compounds / 880 scaffolds / Double QC / Rule of 4.5 / Exceptional Novelty
The Elite Libraries is composed of several sub-collections each of which has its own particular characteristics

Novelty – 60% of templates have no references in scientific literature
Drug-Likeness – strict structural filters have been implemented at the design stage
Solubility – 80% of compounds have greater than 100 µg/ml in a medium of PBS
ADMET – representative clusters have been probe screened for toxicity (CYP) and permeability (PAMPA + PGP) |

Description |
| General Diversity |
35500 |
≤ 450 |
≤ 4.5 |
60% of scaffolds are unprecedented in SciFinder and Beilstein. In addition to the exceptional novelty there is a high degree of diversity. |
| Lead Optimization Features |
10000 |
≤ 450 |
≤ 4.5 |
3 or 4 fragment compounds that enable fast & efficient optimization. Medicinal chemists are able to rapidly progress these compounds. |
| LeadMax Kinase |
9000 |
≤ 450 |
≤ 4.5 |
All ASINEX LeadMax Kinase compounds have been screened against a panel of more than10 kinases. Each scaffold has shown activity against at least one target. |
| LeadMax GPCR |
7000 |
≤ 450 |
≤ 4.5 |
All ASINEX LeadMax GPCR compounds have been screened against a panel of more than10 GPCRs. Each scaffold has shown activity against at least one target. |
| Spiro, Cage & Chiral |
6500 |
≤ 450 |
≤ 4.5 |
This set consists of spiro, cage & chiral compounds. This class of compound is dramatically under-represented among commercial sources and is a useful addition to any compound library. |
| Rule of 3 Array |
4500 |
≤ 300 |
≤ 3.0 |
All Elite Library compounds which have a MW of less then 300. This set is ideal for fragment based screening and most compounds have solubility in PBS of <100mg/ml. |
