| ASINEX Announces Collaboration Extension with Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research & Development |

MOSCOW, RUSSIA - May, 2006 - ASINEX Ltd, a worldwide leader in lead generation and lead optimization, announced today that Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research & Development (J&JPRD), Division of Janssen Pharmaceutica N.V., has renewed its discovery chemistry collaboration with ASINEX. ASINEX has provided a range of chemistry services to J&JPRD since 2002 that includes the synthesis of exclusive libraries, lead optimization and custom synthesis.
