Exclusive Libraries

We are capable of designing and synthesizing high quality libraries in terms of diversity, target, novelty and other desirable parameters. Libraries may be synthesized around the templates suggested by our customers using ASINEX's exclusive collection of building blocks. Alternatively, ASINEX may play a greater role in the design of the library making full use of the experience of our chemists and the capabilities of our computational department.

After exploratory chemistry has been completed ASINEX's can create hundreds of compounds around a given structural motif using combinatorial and parallel chemistry techniques. Our Biology Dept. is able to run solubility, CYP, PAMPA and p-gp in HTS at cost-effective rates. Pre-screening of libraries can save time and expense further downstream.
