Lead Generation

ASINEX is able to perform selection studies using either a target or diversity based approach. Using our powerful 32 CPU SGI processor and 4 Octane and Fuel work stations where we carry out ligand based pharmacophore searches and docking studies using crystallized target structures. After selection has been completed the compounds can be sent immediately to the customer or the customer's assay sent to ASINEX. Already established in our BioScreening Department is a selection of non-proprietary binding and cell-based assays for evaluating compound activity.

We are open to short-term projects designed as stepping stones to longer term / larger scale collaborations. Short term collaborations typically last from 3 to 6 months. The initial period is likely to be a lead generation project, following on to the second stage would depend upon the discovery of hits from within ASINEX's compound collections.
