Step 1: We make training sets from known ligands.
Step 2: We apply topological decomposition rules to the training set
Step 3: Based on the results of the analysis we generate several queries and run these against ASINEX databases.
Step 4: We filer for stock availability, merge the results and carry out clusterization
Computational studies are also used as a support to lead optimization. Our computational work is usually carried out free of charge in exchange for a compound purchase or as part of a chemistry FTE.
