ASINEX is able to take care of dealing with cross-border customs issues in Europe, North America and Japan. In each of these regions we have established our own offices where we take care of logistical issues and also offer customer service. In Europe customer service is principally dealt with from our HQ in Moscow. An online order tracking system has recently been established to compliment our E-Shop.

An English-speaking project manager is assigned to every new collaboration, weekly reports shall be promptly provided, regular tele-conferences will be coordinated and face-to-face meetings as and when required.
