BioDesign Targeted Libraries
ASINEX MedChem Scientists have performed a careful analysis of known drugs and natural products that has led to the identification of privileged linkers and ring pair that have been used for designing novel target orientated scaffolds.
ASINEX targeted orientated libraries follow a strict lead-like criteria of MW ≤ 450, cLogP ≤ 4.5 with not more than 20 heavy atoms per compound. The BioDesign Targeted libraries may be divided in 4 sub-libraries:

After an extensive analysis of the scientific literature several privileged drug-like structural motifs were identified. These motifs are connected to a BioCore structure by applying a variety of drug-like linkers.  Sets of highly novel and diverse targeted compounds were selected, due to high diversity they are suitable for screening against a wide panel of targets.
