Macrocyclic Intermediates for DEL

Macrocyclic Intermediates are highly attractive chemotypes for the creation of unique DNA-encoded libraries for screening against both emerging and traditional drug targets. At ASINEX, we have combined our expertise in medicinal chemistry and cellular permeability to create multiple polyfunctional Macrocyclic Intermediates. These Intermediates are used as a starting point in the DNA-encoded synthesis sequence and determine the scaffold diversity of the screening library. Our first generation of Macrocyclic Intermediates for DEL (MacroDEL^TM) is based on diamino acids as such a combination of functional groups facilitates orthogonal protection and ensures the availability of at least 3 vectors for DNA-tag attachment and subsequent combinatorial decoration. There are many credible protocols in literature for the derivatization of amino acids in the presence of DNA which makes our macrocycles a practical and affordable solution for creative DEL design.
